44 Jili Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Should Know

By creating an account at 44 Jili, accessing any part of the website, or placing any bet, you are formally agreeing to these Terms. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration and is ongoing for as long as you hold an active account with us.

To register and play at 44 Jili, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations. 44 Jili does not knowingly permit anyone under 21 to register or play.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not restricted. It is your responsibility to confirm this before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 44 Jili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from 44 Jili or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law.

44 Jili reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Each player is permitted to hold one account at 44 Jili. Multiple accounts are not allowed under any circumstances. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same player may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details — particularly your name, date of birth, and contact information, as these are used for identity verification during the withdrawal process.

All transactions on 44 Jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

Withdrawals must be sent to an account or wallet registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. 44 Jili reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000.

Deposits made via GCash or Maya that are unclaimed or reversed within 24 hours may be treated as incomplete and refunded to the source account. If a deposit reaches your 44 Jili wallet but was funded fraudulently, the deposit will be reversed immediately and the account suspended pending investigation.

44 Jili offers various welcome bonuses, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — these are published on the promotion page and form part of the overall Terms when you claim a bonus.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (e.g., 20x). This means you must wager the bonus amount multiplied by the requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be held in your account at any given time. Claiming a new promotion while one is active will cause the previous bonus to be forfeited.
• Game contribution rates: Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live table games typically contribute 10–20%, while sports bets may contribute at 100%. Exact rates are published on the bonus terms page.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue. Unused bonuses that reach their expiry date are automatically removed from your account.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets without direct human interaction
• Colluding with other players or dealers to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering or using 44 Jili as a conduit for illegally obtained funds
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account play or other forms of bonus exploitation
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threats toward 44 Jili staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse chargebacks on legitimate deposits after using the deposited funds for gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any part of the 44 Jili platform without our prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of platform content is strictly prohibited.

44 Jili provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 44 Jili shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults that are outside our reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of 44 Jili
• Content or actions of third-party payment providers (such as GCash or Maya) that result in delayed or failed transactions

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

44 Jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

In summary: we collect data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with our PAGCOR license requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing. We share data only where required by law, by PAGCOR regulators, or to process your transactions through authorized payment providers.

44 Jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where we reasonably believe a player has violated these Terms, attempted to defraud the platform, or engaged in any activity that poses a risk to the security of the platform or other players.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support at support@44jili.click. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification — typically within 3 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

If an account is closed by 44 Jili for Terms violations, we reserve the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Any decision to return or forfeit balances will be communicated to the account holder in writing.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 44 Jili that cannot be resolved by our customer support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

Before escalating any dispute formally, we encourage players to raise it through our support team first. Most issues — from withdrawal questions to bonus disagreements — can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Our support team aims to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.

44 Jili may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members by email using the address on file, and display a notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as formatting corrections, typo fixes, or clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

If you disagree with a material update to these Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and request the return of your real-money balance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
